  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • Returns must be requested within 5 Days of delivery

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted


3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 Days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged products

  • Incorrect item received

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Share clear photos or videos as proof

We will arrange:

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance or sale items (if applicable)


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer will bear the return shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product)
